Do I need a deposit to book?
Yes — a non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your service total. A valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged 50–100% of the service total.
How long does a full set take?
About two hours for a Classic or Wet Set, two to two and a half for a Hybrid, around two and a half for Volume, and about three for Ultra Volume. You rest with your eyes closed the whole time — many clients call it the most relaxing part of their week.
What if I'm running late?
Text or call us as early as you can. Being late cuts into your lash time, and arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean the appointment is canceled and treated as a no-show — so a quick heads-up really helps.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
