What to expect
A relaxed consultation
We talk through the look you want, your routine, and any questions — and there are no silly questions here. First-timers are our favorite people.
Custom lash mapping
Your artist maps a set to your eye shape and natural lashes so it opens and lifts your eyes, never weighs them down. It’s the difference between “lashes” and lashes that look like you.
Comfortable application
You rest with your eyes closed while each lash is applied one at a time. Most first-timers drift off — it’s genuinely that relaxing.
Aftercare that keeps them
You leave with simple aftercare and a plan for relashes, so your set stays full and your natural lashes stay healthy between visits.

A little prep & aftercare
Before: come with clean, makeup-free eyes if you can, and give yourself the full appointment to unwind. After: keep them dry for 24 hours, brush gently each morning, keep oil-based products away from the lash line, and book a relash every two to three weeks.
First-timer questions
I've never had lash extensions — what should I expect?
A relaxed first visit, start to finish: a consultation where we talk through the look you want, custom lash mapping to your eye shape, and then unhurried one-on-one application while you rest with your eyes closed. Most first-timers drift off — it's genuinely that calm.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
No — applied correctly, they don't. One lightweight extension is attached to one natural lash, with the weight and length checked against what your lashes can comfortably carry. Lash health comes first here, always.
How do I prep for my first appointment?
Come with clean, makeup-free eyes if you can, and give yourself the full appointment to unwind. That's genuinely it — no experience needed, and there are no silly questions.
How long will my first set last?
A full set looks its best for about two to three weeks, then a quick relash keeps it full. Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, so fills are part of the rhythm — after 4 weeks, a fresh set is needed.
Do you offer anything for first-timers?
Yes — enjoy $10 off your first appointment. Just mention it when you book; it's our way of saying welcome.
